piano music lounge access

The club lounge access due to my Bonvoy status exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the piano music in the afternoons since the club lounge is above the reception area (a cool design!).

The front desk did not respond to my pre-arrival email request.

lack of follow-up malfunctioning pipe

The location of the hotel was convenient. There were many restaurant options within the hotel with American, Italian, Arabic, French and Irish cuisines.

Customer service made commitments they did not follow up on. I called at 10 am and asked for the room to be made up. Eventually, at 4 pm, the room was made up, though. My room had a noise in the ceiling, and the engineers agreed there was a malfunctioning pipe. They promised to attend to it, but nothing happened, and I received no feedback, disappointing.

Acceptable Stay but Issues Need Addressing

inadequate soundproofing loud music

The staff were friendly. (especially the ones at the reception desk)

The nightclub on the 4th floor played loud music until 3:30am. The bass vibrated through the whole hotel. It was really hard to get any sleep. Soundproofing is clearly needed.
